
Portal bookings; prices, limitations and things to be aware of...
​For clients who have quote / booking access:​

Portal bookings are not confirmed until you have received a booking confirmation notification

Bookings and quotes created in the portal will only be seen by us between 8am - 8pm Mon - Fri (excl. bank holidays). If your request cannot wait until this time, you can still submit the quote / booking but will need to call us to ensure it is checked / actioned.

Prices are a guide only, in some instances there are set rates between certain locations which are a little higher or lower and will not show up in the portal

North of Perth and South of Taunton will incur additional costs - quotations in the portal for these locations will be incorrect

All portal prices are based on collection and delivery Mon - Fri (excl. bank holidays) between the hours of 6am - 7:30pm. If you have a requirement outside of this time, submit a quote request and we will amend it and send it back via email

If you have any specific requirements i.e. box, curtain side, tail lift, straps, blankets, handball, require driver details, if there is a booking ref or other special instructions then please add these to the 'Notes' section on the booking / quote

Please call or email us for specialist vehicle requests such as Moffett, Hiab, Lowloader or FORS accredited vehicles.

When adding collection and delivery times to a booking please set the collection window to at least 1 hour for all asap delivery bookings (and if it is more urgent reflect this in 'Notes'), or, if a job has a big collection window, please reflect this in the booking times

Delivery ASAP is direct same day - please ensure the delivery site is open to avoid further costs

If a delivery is for the next morning, please ensure the correct dates / times are selected in the booking

The portal cannot calculate the rate for an overnight delivery which is under 40 miles - These may incur additional charges which will not show up in the portal
